Captain Steve Ahlberg focuses on the world of leadership and team building. His credentials speak for themselves. He joined the EASCI team after leaving the Navy as a Commodore of the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. Ahlberg has “been there and done that”; leading classified contingency missions in some of the most demanding leadership and team environments ever imaginable. He brings clarity, logic, practical wisdom, and intensity to clients who are interested in winning. Ahlberg is a great speaker and consultant who will have you focus on the “why” of teams, the importance of “functional units” in organizations, and their leadership. He has earned an MBA and a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Intelligence. In his spare time, he is a winner in a wide range of equestrian events.

Captain Ahlberg entered active duty upon receiving a commission in 1972. In June 1976, Captain Ahlberg completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUDS) Training with Class 87 and was assigned to SEAL Team ONE. Captain Ahlberg’s personal decorations include the Legion of Merit (2), Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (2), Navy Commendation Medal (2), as well as numerous other awards and decorations. On January 31, 2000, Captain Ahlberg retired after over 28 years of active Naval service.
