I didn't have a chance to talk to you at the Cypress Users' Conference last week but wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your presentation. I've been trying to emphasize the importance and necessity of embracing change in our company for six months now. It was refreshing to hear that message conveyed (spectacularly, I might add) by someone else in a way that got everyone's collective attention.
