We all laughed (so important) and learned so much! I'm getting email and telephone messages about how much people enjoyed your presentation (in fact that's how I've spent most of my morning today)....

Some have said yesterday was the best inservice we've had, ...and all I had to do was an email and a quick telephone conversation -- I didn't even have to beg you....
